Actuator rotativ DSM

Actuatorul rotativ Festo DSM este un actuator pneumatic cu paletă, cu dublu efect, folosit pentru rotirea unor piese sau mecanisme cu un unghi stabilit. Paleta și etanșările din poliuretan îi dau o durată lungă de viață.

Seria se produce în mărimile 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 25, 32, 40 și 63, cu unghiuri nominale de rotație de 90°, 180°, 200°, 240°, 246° sau 270°, în funcție de mărime. Opritoarele metalice fixe dau o poziționare precisă, iar varianta reglabilă (FF) permite orice unghi din domeniul de rotație. Varianta cu paletă dublă (T) ajunge la cupluri de până la 80 Nm.

Cum citești codul: DSM-mărime-unghi-amortizare-variantă. Amortizare: P (inele elastice), P1 (elastic reglabil, de la mărimea 12) sau CC (amortizoare pneumatice autoreglabile, de la mărimea 12). FW înseamnă ax cu flanșă, iar HD ax cu flanșă și rulmenți pretensionați pentru sarcini mari.
